New Delhi, Nov 12 (IANS) It was a rather silent birthday party for Delhi Congress chief J.P. Aggarwal.

Aggarwal, who turned 63 Tuesday, remained busy throughout the day and met scores of people discussing the party strategy for the Delhi assembly elections of Nov 29.
However, that did not stop several party members from wishing him with flowers and decorative plants.
One party worker, who perhaps knew how much Aggarwal believes in stars, gifted him a Fengshui tree - for good luck.
'Sir, I hope this small Fengshui tree proves to be a good-luck charm for you and the Congress comes to power again under your guidance,' the Congressman said gifting him the tree at the party headquarters at the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg.
